We implement a hold and release system for printing at ISY. First you send your print job to one of our networked printers using the Chrome Web Browser Plugin: Mobility Print. Then you walk to that printer and follow these steps below to release the job and actually have your item print. This extra measure allows you to review your print job at the printer, avoid potential mistakes, and converse paper from unwanted prints.

Here are the procedure to follow after you send your print job to the printer. Walk to the printer with your ISY ID Badge. You can easily login to the printer with your ISY IS Badge. Then release your print job.

1. Press the “Release” button

2. Review your print queue to make sure you are printing the correct document with the correct number of copies. Select your document (it will then be highlighted in yellow) and then press the big, blue “Start” button. Your document will then be printed.
